Troy McClellan
General Manager
Troy McClellan is the new General Manager at Coastal Del Mar, bringing nearly two decades of restaurant industry experience to the team. Originally from Fruitland Park, Florida, Troy began his restaurant career with Chili’s, where he opened the Leesburg location as a server before quickly moving into management. Over the years, he continued to grow as a leader, eventually becoming a General Manager and helping open The Villages Chili’s location.
Since joining FMK Restaurants, Troy has worked at Victory Sports Grill and Belle Glade, starting as a manager at Victory before stepping into his new role at Coastal Del Mar. What he enjoys most about being a GM with FMK is leading others and helping his team succeed. Outside of work, Troy loves playing the drums and spending time with his family.
David Dass
Culinary Manager
David Dass, hailing from the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, NY, has been an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group for over 6 years. With a culinary journey spanning 7 years in the restaurant industry, David has showcased his dedication and passion in various FMK establishments including Bonifay, Harvest, Coastal Del Mar, Orange Blossom Hills and Tap House Social.
Starting as a dishwasher, David quickly climbed the ranks, showcasing his culinary prowess and commitment to his craft. Currently holding the position of Culinary Manager, at Coastal Del Mar, David is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of top-notch dining experiences to FMK patrons.
When it comes to his personal favorites, David has a penchant for the exquisite, with beef tenderloins topping his list. On the other hand, he has a keen understanding of the guests' preferences, noting that the Fish & Chips consistently holds the title of the crowd's favorite.
