Originally from Lima, Peru, Francisco Esterripa brings 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry to his role as General Manager at Coastal Del Mar Seafood Grill. Starting his career at Red Lobster, Francisco gained extensive experience in both the Front of House (FOH) and Heart of House (HOH), progressing through roles such as Kitchen Manager, Service Manager, B&H Manager, and General Manager. He has been with FMK Hospitality Group for 7 months and has worked at both Harvest and Coastal Del Mar, originally joining as a Front of House Manager.
What Francisco enjoys most about his role as GM in The Villages is the ability to connect with the community and make a positive impact. He takes pride in building strong relationships with guests and team members alike, fostering a supportive environment that benefits everyone involved.
Outside of work, Francisco has a passion for history and enjoys planning trips to places rich in historical significance, where he can explore and deepen his knowledge of the past.

Culinary Manager
Michael Bean brings nearly three decades of culinary expertise to FMK Hospitality Group, where he has spent the past six months contributing to the success of Coastal del Mar Seafood Grill. Originally hailing from the historic city of Charleston, South Carolina, Michael's passion for the restaurant industry is deeply rooted in his rich Southern heritage.
Since joining FMK, Michael has embraced the role of Assistant Kitchen Manager, demonstrating his exceptional skills and dedication. His favorite entrée on the menu is the Grilled Pork Chop, a testament to his appreciation for well-prepared, flavorful dishes. Guests at Coastal del Mar, however, have a clear favorite of their own: the delightful Scallop Risotto, a dish that consistently garners rave reviews.
Michael's extensive experience and commitment to culinary excellence make him a valuable asset to the FMK team, where he continues to inspire both his colleagues and the restaurant's patrons with his culinary prowess and passion.
