General Manager

Elkin Natera, originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, has been an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group for the past 13 months. With nearly three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, Elkin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

 

During his time with FMK, Elkin has contributed his skills to various restaurants within the group. He started as a Restaurant Manager and has since worked at notable establishments such as Bluefin and Harvest. Currently, Elkin serves as the General Manager at Coastal Del Mar, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the FMK brand.

 

As a General Manager in The Villages, Elkin finds joy in combining his passion for food with his love for people. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, he creates a unique and enriching experience for both staff and guests. Elkin takes pride in representing FMK and is committed to serving exceptional cuisine, ensuring that every guest leaves with long-lasting memories.

Peter Nguyen

Culinary Manager

Meet Peter Nguyen, a valued member of FMK Hospitality Group in The Villages, FL.

 

Originally from Pensacola, FL, Peter has dedicated 2.5 years to the FMK family, contributing a wealth of experience from his 9-year tenure in the restaurant industry.

 

Having lent his culinary expertise to Bluefin and currently at Costal Del Mar, Peter began his journey at FMK as a Sushi Chef, showcasing his skill and passion for the art of sushi.

 

Peter's personal culinary delight on the menu is the Shrimp and Scallop Fettuccine, reflecting his taste for exquisite flavors. Meanwhile, guests at Costal Del Mar can't get enough of the Haddock, Salmon, and Ahi Tuna attesting to Peter's ability to craft dishes that resonate with diners.
